this one's for you,
For someone who consistently prides themselves in not giving a complete shit, you post a lot of shit talk and hate speech about other people. Then retaliate when another person calls you out on something. And you know yourself, it isn’t anyone’s fault you lost a lot of people close to you. It’s your passive aggressiveness & neglect of making things better that pushes people...

5 Reasons to Travel After College

After 19 years of being a full time student, there are only 3 days left until I graduate college and finish school forever. I’m 21 years old, and assuming I live till 100, I have 79 years left to live. Now I could take the normal route and go straight into a career, spending 40 hours a week for the next 40 years of my life working...
Live in the Now
When you’re young, you have time and energy, but no money.
When you’re an adult, you have energy and money, but no time.
When you’re old, you have money and time, but no energy.

mlboffseason:
The only hit was off the bat of the Pirates’ starting pitcher James McDonald.
According to the unwritten rules of baseball Cain may now have McDonald killed.
I could be wrong.
(On a serious note: How often has that happened? A one-hitter with the only hit by a pitcher. Someone find that out.)
Top Ten Things We'll Miss About AIM
Shareaholic [source]
Two weeks ago, the internet unanimously barely blinked its eyes with the news that AOL had chosen to kill off AIM, the once-prominent instant messenging service. Outside of maintainence, the application’s 40 employees in charge of development have been let go. So while AOL will still exist, no further growth or development will be made.
That’s sad though. What if AIM...
Why Being In Your 20s Is Awesome
Thought Catalog - Ryan O’Connell [source]
I know I talk crap on being a twentysomething but I’m only half-kidding. In actuality, there’s no age I’d rather be. (Besides maybe seven years old because they don’t do anything besides eat ice cream and poop themselves. That sounds like an ideal life to be completely honest.)
Being in your twenties is all about discovering which things hurt you...

Pride
The past few months have been eventful—haven’t had enough time to sit back and relax, but I did get to spend a lot of time observing the actions and speech of others. There’s something that’s been irking me a lot lately. In no means is this a “shit-talk” blog, it’s just a quick check that I’ve noticed too commonly nowadays.
Pride, the seventh deadly...

Drunk Larry: Oh dude, I had the best beignets from New Orleans.
M: You've been to New Orleans?
L: Yeah, I got the beignets from New Orleans Square in Disneyland.

In Ocean’s Eleven, when Don Cheadle puts Vegas in a complete power outage, what happens to those on pacemakers at hospital & on aircraft? Talk about largest terror plot. Hmm..

Twentysomething
Thanks, Anh, for this read. [source]
Here is an open letter to all the parents, aunts and uncles who write to me asking for advice about the twentysomething in their life who is an incorrigible underachiever: Lighten up! No one should be labeled an underachiever in their twenties! The first thing you should ask yourself is whose standards are you using? This is not the same workplace that...
